How It Works...

Each driving school contract is unique with the court it serves. The fees can be set to provide additional income to the local court for rent of the courtroom and monitoring fees. The program is set up as a deferral program. After the attending of the assigned driving school session, the citation is then, locally dismissed. Probation periods can be set up by the court if desired. The design of fees, probation or any other conditions can be sculptured in a variety of ways that best serves the local jurisdiction.

 

Driving School Session

The single three-hour driving school session is conducted in your courtroom or nearby facility by two trained instructors. Time and dates are established conveniently for the court and instructors, usually on a monthly or weekly basis The frequency of the sessions is dependent on the enrollment with a targeted class of thirty-seven students.

Attendees are assigned a specific date to attend a driving session. At that session, the attendee will pay the enrollment fee, with cash or money order, to the class registrar. Each attendee will sign in and be given a receipt for their payment and a course handout.

At the end of the session, a written test will be given. This test will be used, along with the sign-in sheet, to confirm the student’s attendance to the course.
